Ritu Saraogi - Senior Country Manager - An expert in Education Management and Career Counseling especially for the British Education Sector, she has completed her post graduation in Mathematics and has done a diploma course in Banking and Finance.With experience of working in the education sector she brings to the table a specialized set of soft skills and analytical skills to help in understanding business needs. Her experience of banking & finance led her to have a strong grip of UKVI compliance.

Following sixth-form education at Cardinal Newman College, Preston, he gained extensive international experience on Quality Assurance in Process Engineering in the Oil & Gas sector. Following becoming an esteemed Research Fellow at the University of Salford Business School, Dr. Bamber, Managing Director & Dean, established OLC Europe 21 years ago.

Ernest has held senior management positions within education since 2004 which has resulted in a comprehensive knowledge-base of consulting, compliance, quality, project and people management. Having managed colleges in London, Ghana and Hungary and recruited internationally, Ernest operates from a uniquely global perspective with respect to operations within Further and Higher Education environments. Ernest is a keen collaborator a point that is evidenced through several joint projects with university partners principally aimed at increasing student numbers for partner institutions. Examples include brokering university progression, franchise, validation and other partnership agreements with institutions such as Glasgow Caledonian University, UWE Bristol, Sunderland University and Teesside University. An Economics graduate, Ernest recently completed the MBA in Higher Education Management from University College London, Institute of Education in 2018.

Harish is an engineer by degree qualification and has completed an advanced course in Business Management from London. Harish comes with more than 20 years commercial experience including; working for a telecom company in India and then as a banker for a couple of years with Citi Bank in the UK with the responsibility of handling clients in the field of education space and advising on investments in the UK. His experience of banking in education space led him to venture into the same sector. Harish began with an education start-up college imparting courses to overseas and local students interested in pursuing studies in the UK and built a career thereafter. He has promoted UK Education in 5 continents and more than 32 countries across the globe.

From 1971 Ronnie spent 20 years in Secondary Education as Deputy Head & Head of Sixth Form at a North Manchester High School, teaching A & S Level Chemistry and Oxbridge Entry Papers. His former First XI Football Captain, Andy Anson, captained Oxford University and is now the CEO of the British Olympic Association – must have got something right! Then Ronnie spent 25 years in Further & Higher Education as the Assistant Director of Development & Innovation at Hopwood Hall College, part of the Senior Management Team for 18 years, and the last 7 years of public service as International Project Manager for Bradford College. At both Colleges, he was responsible for International Student Recruitment, and International Partnership development.
